Delivery

At Present we charge a flat rate of £3.00 for shipping (UK mainland only).
International orders will be charged at the prevailing cost price for your Country, please email us for details.

Spend £30.00 or more excluding postage costs and we will deliver your order for FREE via our standard delivery service*!

In most cases orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched same day, however at peak times there may be a delay in dispatch.  We will always email you when your order has been dispatched and if you have left us your mobile number you will also receive a text message.

We have 5 delivery options to choose from:

Standard
UK Within 3-4 working (Mon-Fri only) days £3.00  

Priority UK
Guaranteed within 2 working days (Mon - Fri delivery only - please place your order before 2pm on Thursday for Monday delivery) £5.95

Super Priority Next Day
UK (UK Mainland only excludes N.I) Guaranteed (Mon - Fri delivery only) (Only available on orders placed before 2pm Mon - Thurs) £8.50  

Channel Isles, Isle of Man & BFPO £11.00

International
Prevailing rate for your country.

We use various couriers including Royal Mail to send your order and depending on your chosen delivery method we will supply a tracking number so you may track the progress of your delivery.

In some cases you will be required to sign for your order, if you are not available the courier will leave you a card to either arrange a re-delivery or supply you with information on how you may collect your parcel.  If after 3 days you don’t collect your parcel it will be returned to us.  To resend the order you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.

We reserve the right to use an alternative means of delivery to that chosen.


Missing Orders

If you’ve placed your order over the last few days and are wondering where it’s at, you can easily find out whether there was a problem. Check in your account history and find out if the order has been set to processing or dispatched. Please note that delivery takes 3-4 working days so if you placed your order on a weekend please take this into account. If you’ve been waiting longer than four working days for your order please contact us (either by phone: 0800 043 0183, or email: CustomerService@JokesbyPost.co.uk), where we will be more than happy to put a trace on the order, please be advised however that Royal Mail do not class an item lost in their network until 15 days from dispatch so we are unable to process a claim, refund or exchange until this time has elapsed.

*FREE postage is only available to UK address's only and does not include Helium Balloons in a box
